Our story to tell
Goat Head Coffee Co. launched during the global pandemic of 2020 in Coral Springs, FL. The founders, Andy and his wife Jasmine, are both frontline healthcare workers in the emergency room and parents to two young boys. They saw a need for coffee that was not only robust and balanced, but also organic and delicious.
Andy grew up in NY experiencing his mother “Mimi” drinking coffee daily and sharing her love of coffee with people who entered their home. He realized then how coffee was “the great uniter”, allowing people to socialize, get close, and be happy. Andy grew up to develop his own personal rapport with coffee that only became stronger through his international travels and experiences.
Goat Head Coffee Co. was created after extensive research, sampling of coffees and blends around the world, and careful attention to creating a brand of high-quality coffee that is organic, fresh, and flavorful. Offering only the highest quality of specialty-grade coffee that is free of toxic chemicals, our mission is to bring that experience into your home every day.
Legend has it that a goat herder in ancient Ethiopia discovered coffee when he noticed that his goats became more energetic after eating the cherries of a certain tree. He reported this to local monks, who prepared a drink with this fruit and found that it kept them focused and alert during the long hours of night prayer. As word spread, coffee became famous throughout the world.
